Responsibilities:
Place outbound calls and pre-qualify individuals by asking a set of questions
There is no selling involved, though you must sound professional and courteous.
Be passionate about the service; and enjoy working in a consultative service environment.
Be results-oriented; and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals.
Desired skills & knowledge:
Must have worked in a BPO medical or healthcare account within the last 24 months for at least 6 months
Sound medical knowledge
Clear speaking voice
Good English communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong customer service skills
Strong administrative skills 
Energetic, fun and confident personality
Willing to work full-time night shift
