Job Title: DWS - Financial Planning and Analysis - SIMS
Location: Manila
Corporate Title: - Associate
The DWS ensures all transactions are correctly accounted for and provides a golden source financial information data set upon which all internal and external reporting is based. The role is responsible in ensuring the data integrity in DWS AuM and Flows Database - Sales Information Monitoring System (SIMS. You will analyze the system-interface and manual AuM and Flows uploads in the system, uploading of necessary adjustments, review and coordination with IT for necessary system enhancements. Your key responsibilities
Supports the daily, weekly, monthly AuM and Flows uploads and analysis in SIMS
Coordinates within and externally to be able to resolve identified data issues and ensure data integrity in the system
Supports adhoc queries and other requirements of the Finance Director/ Managers in a timely & accurate manner
Keeps all operational guidelines updated and ensures adherence to standards, procedures and also identify plan to mitigate risks whenever there is a control issue
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Economics, Business Admisnistration or any equivalent.
Experience in accounting, finance or audit gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry would be beneficial
CPA is an advantage
Combined analytical and problem solving skills
A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently
