Job Title: DWS - Proteus Finance
Location: Manila
Corporate Title: Associate
The DWS Financial Reporting team ensures all transactions are correctly accounted for and provides a golden source financial information data set upon which all internal and external reporting is based. For this role you will be supporting DWS Proteus project in the detailed process design, process documentation and performance of validation and control function as well as Head Office and management reporting, including ad hoc reporting and requests. You will be ensuring accurate migration of process and data from old sub-ledger systems and subsequent reporting in to DWS SAP and that reporting platforms are accurate, complete and timely released through performance of reasonableness check, trending analysis, exception management and understanding of control environment. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this role.
Your key responsibilities
Preparation of process documents, process workflow including key controls
Conduct user acceptance testing
Contribute to the delivery of workstream detailed design
Support interim and final stage of the process migration
Handle exception management
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses
Experience in accounting, finance or audit gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry would be beneficial
Proven Experience in SAP system
CPA is an advantage
Combined analytical and problem solving skills
A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently
