Work you'll do
Bookkeeping 1. Check the completeness of the invoices and bills received to be imported in Xero. 2. Import and reconcile bank statements of clients. 3. Handle manual journal entries for the adjustments and accruals. 4. Export the management reports. 5. Finalize reports to be reviewed by the Senior.
Payroll 1. Confirmation from clients if there are adjustments every cut-off. 2. Prepare the payroll register based on the updated information provided by the clients. 3. Input the data in the system such as bonus, allowances and etc. 4. Download the payroll details and finalize payroll reports for review by the Senior.
