Provide high quality, real-time assistance to clients and support their projects.
Create, format, edit, and proofread all assigned jobs as per committed timeline in an accurate manner and following client house styles.
Transcription of legal audio recordings accurately into written documents. Transcriptions are made from legal meetings, dictated notes, and other sources of legal record.
At least 3-4 years of Legal Transcription experience in the related field is required for this position.
Minimum of 2 years work experience in document support using MS Office applications.
Advanced knowledge with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PPT.
Typing speed of 70 wpm with 98% accuracy.
Experience in transcribing and understanding multi-accent is desired.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City and/or WFH, as required by the business.
Applicants must be amenable to work on shifting schedules, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
