Business Control Officer
Overview
ING Tech CDMO (Chief Data Management Office at Head Office) is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Non-Financial Risk Officer to be part of our Business Control Office (BCO). The BCO team are responsible for the coordination of all Non-Financial Risk activities across the CDMO organization, including Service Management activities. The team has an important coordinating role between 2LoD (2nd line of defense) Risk Mgt (ORM/IRM/Compliance) and business lines in CDMO but also performs NFR activities on behalf of the CDMO organization.
What you will do / support:
1. Responsible for SOX
a. Managing and coordinating for scoping agreements
b. Performing Sox testing for CDMO
c. Attending meetings related to Sox and manage stakeholders (1st line, 2nd line, Sox coordinator, external auditors)
d. Coordinate for timely sign-off
2. RCSAs - Risk and Compliance Self-Assessment
a. Co-managing stakeholders and coordinating for risk and control self-assessments for CDMO
3. IT Risk
a. Supporting IT risk activities for CDMO (score update, entity controls, updating iRisk for IT KCT, planning and execution etc.). iRisk is our global Risk repository application.
4. NFR (Non-Financial Risk) Score for CDMO
a. Supporting NFR score quarterly updates
b. Responsible for either ORM or Compliance framework (based on experience and ambitions) and their assessments (attending Tech OWoW, ensuring compliance to policies, stakeholder management etc)
5. KCT - Key Control Testing
a. Supporting Key Control Testing for CDMO (sharing responsibilities among the KCT testing and documentation for CDMO assets, stakeholder management and reporting, sign off, control evaluation etc.)
6. Control ownership for GRR (Global record Retention)
a. Supporting for Global Record Retention policy implementation and related awareness activities
7. Backlog Management
a. Responsible for maintaining the team backlog on azure up to date and proposing improvements on dashboard and wow.
8. Other team activities
a. Supporting other risk areas like issue management, risk thematic and reporting

3 years knowledge of risk management including demonstration for control testing skills
The ability to present complex content in a clear and transparent way
Result-driven and able to push things forward in a persistent, proactive and constructive manner
Able to manage different stakeholders and navigate different cultural environments
Fluent in English
