Job Description
The Comptroller is primarily responsible in maintaining financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet Management, Principal and Government Requirments.
Financial/ Accounting Management that evaluates, verifies and approves the following:
Check vouchers for General Overhead and Principal's Account
Entries made in the check voucher, supporting documents like the invoices and the purchase orders.
Petty cash vouchers and replenishments of petty cash vouchers.
Cash advances and promissory notes.
Reimbursement of expenses and liquidation of cash advances (Purchase Orders, Debit Memo)
Process Management that reviews and revises list of all the transactions entered in the systems.
Financial Reporting that prepares Financial Statements and other reports to summarize, interpret current and projected company financial position.
Financial Reportingthat prepares Profit and Loss statements and other reports to summarize, interpret current and projected company financial position.
Financial Reporting that prepares Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
Financial Reporting that reviews and checks various schedules to support the financial statements.
Budget Preparationthat assists and reviews annual budget preparations.
Financial Reporting that reviews and checks income and expenses.
Payroll Process that prepares Management payroll.
Audit Compliance that works with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a graduate of Accountancy with PRC license; preferably with post graduate degree.
Must have at least 10 years of work experience in business accounting and budget administration.
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
