JOB SUMMARY
Coordinate and manage the distribution of products to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.
Oversee multiple sales programs and ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that align with consumer needs and market trends.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline distribution processes.
 Monitor inventory levels and work with logistics to ensure product availability.
Analyze market data and provide insights to optimize distribution strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Manage distribution team performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS 
Has a Marketing or business related degree
Has excellent communication, interpersonal, task management, creativity and innovation, problem-solving, and coordination.
FMCG experience a definite plus
Handle multiple sales/programs simultaneously 
Has good knowledge in fundamentals of consumer marketing. 
Good oral & written communication skills
Good driving skills, Team player, & people management
