Manage a team of 20-25 FTE’s (AP and Cost Accountants) and responsible for production planning & meeting of KPI / SLA. Responsible of maintaining good rapport with the client. Responsible to provide daily performance updates to both senior management & client. Responsible to initiate continuous process improvements within process through different tools. Identify and communicate potential risks and failure points. Hands on experience in various accounting software and platforms.
