Job Description
The Digital Sales Channel Manager's role is primarily a business development role whose purpose is to increase the company's online presence through digital initiatives, to help increase our customer reach in both B2B and B2C through digital platforms and help create CRM solutions, and expand our offline retail presence to drive availability and distribution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing E-commerce channel
Lead and develop online selling websites
Build online customer base and loyalty through programs and activation
Lead portfolio and demand gen strategies to drive traffic and online purchases
Engage eCommerce websites and drive availability and awareness in these stores (Lazada, Shopee, Grab)
Creating digital solutions and online platforms
Lead the development of online availability solution platforms
Increase reach and distribution in other channels via web base or digital applications
Operations
eCommerce process and backroom operations development
Alignment with other departments on logistical, marketing and other types of support to help drive the business
Development of online capabilities for the commercial team
Qualifications
Has strong understanding of digital space and online platform
Has led teams in developing new business solutions and innovation projects
Strong project management and interdepartmental coordination skills
Possess high level of business analytics opportunity assessment
Training in eCommerce and Digital Solutions Development
Background in Trade Marketing is preferred but not required
