DIGITAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
 
Job Responsibilities:
Provide basic support for computers, printers, internet, and branch equipment.
Assist with day-to-day technical concerns and coordinate with service providers when needed.
Help manage company digital platforms, including email, website, and social media.
Prepare and assist in creating digital marketing content, promotional materials, and online communications
Support in graphic design, photo, and video editing tasks.
Organize digital files and marketing materials.
Prepare reports, monitor digital platforms, and help improve workflows and processes.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate of IT, Marketing, Multimedia, Business or related field
Basic computer & digital skills
Social media & content creation knowledge
Basic graphic, photo & video editing skills
Creative, organized & willing to learn
Good communication & problem-solving skills
Fresh graduates are welcome!
Work Arrangement:
Employment Type: Full Time/Part-Time
Work Set-up: Hybrid/WFH
Schedule: As assigned by the management, based on operational requirements
Equipment: Must have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and suitable workspace capable of performing assigned duties remotely.
