About the Role
We are looking for 3 x Digital Media Project Managers to join a full-service creative agency based in New York with a growing team in Cebu. You will be accountable for content delivery and liaise with the client's team to accurately plan, produce and deliver the content across multiple channels. You will be the first line of contact and digital expert for the client and campaign partners in the life cycle of a digital project. You will be managing a small team of creative artists, copywriters and programmers to fulfil the client's objectives in the commercial plans. You will use your solid understanding of the industry and channels and work with the clients to develop a strategy to meet their business goals.
This is a night shift, office-based, in a central location in Cebu City.
About You
You will be a natural-born organiser to ensure projects are on track and delivered to high standards. You are a digitally minded person who can lead on time, on budget, and deliver across multiple projects. You will keep the team motivated and on track and build and maintain solid and productive client relationships in parallel.
You are ambitious, independent, and self-motivated and have at least 5+ years of experience in digital project management. To be successful in this role, you'll have exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and relationships quickly. You'll thrive on spending time with clients, discussing objectives and strategy, reporting results, and presenting to prospective or new clients.
You should have proven experience running discovery sessions with clients, where your excellent strategic thinking skills will help craft the perfect roadmap for their success.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end project management, managing digital projects across different-sized accounts from initial brief to final delivery
Scope project requirements and prepare a budget to deliver a wide range of deliverables from advertising campaigns, websites, digital content and tradeshows
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor the progress
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects and work across teams with senior management, producers and developers
Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met
Develop support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications
Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying where further value may be added
Attend client meetings on a regular basis, scope technical feasibility and features of potential projects
Build associated pitch documents, budgets, and time estimates for presentation to the client
Drive planning process and schedule workflows
Implement good practice protocols and processes to ensure a high-quality and consistent outcome for our clients
Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project, ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the financial implications of delays, additional amends and re-briefs
Verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives
Provide highlight reports detailing project status against the project objectives and commercial targets
Requirements
Excellent communicator who is proactive, organised and team-oriented
Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a digital project manager in a digital agency or Project Management role
Attention to detail in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment involving internal and external stakeholders
Hands-on experience with project management software and MSOffice
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere is preferred but not essential
Excellent organization and time management skills
BSc in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or relevant field
