We're looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.
Responsibilities:
Monitor closely our content quality for Paid Social Advertising: online creatives, ad copies, landing page
Write captivating Blog or graphic posts on our Web Page, Social Media accounts and so on
Analyze data sets to identify opportunities for your clients to improve media investments
Account budgeting and pacing
Knowledge with basic image editing or media editing in general is ideal
Support the performance marketing team to plan, execute and analyze all digital marketing activities (Paid Search, Display, Social, Video and Mobile)
Build, maintain and analyze weekly/monthly performance reporting to share with the team and key stakeholders
Coordinate and execute creative and ad copy tests and learn plans for Paid Search, Display and Social to improve CTR and CVR
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in Marketing (Digital and or Traditional)
Hands on experience with SEM, Paid Social, overall Digital Marketing landscape
Good analytical mindset, understanding of current trends and translating them into Creative and Effective marketing
Good background in Google ADs and Facebook Business Manager
Excellent communication and content writing skills in English.
Excellent Time Management, Eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
Experience with campaign tracking and tag management tools, performance and campaign tracking (CTR, CVR, CPA) is ideal.
Strong Excel knowledge (formula running like Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Most importantly, being adaptable in a fast-paced environment and thrive
