Qualifications:
College graduate and course must be related to the position applying for
With Good oral and written communication skills. Good in writing.
With Good Interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
Knowledge about accounting principles, practices and methods.
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Computer literate especially in MS Excel ( Formulas) and MS Word.
Knowledge and experience in online selling is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all e-commerce activities as well as online sales on Lazada and Shopee Store and online marketing.
To analyze and to create the business plan for e-commerce on internal platform as well as available third party platforms in the market, including feasibility study, content management (product listing), visibility optimization.
Achieve sales target, implement improvement plans for the online sales.
To create a strategic digital marketing plan, inclusive social media engagement, in order to drive traffic to the e-commerce sites and to stimulate purchases.
To data analyze and to monitor the sell-out fortnightly.
Plan and set-up promotional offers online to increase sales.
To work closely with agents/ business partners (Lazada and Shopee) with the new product updates, product boosting, seasonal promos and others.
Regularly track/review analytics and metrics to report on sales performance.
Able to identify new e-commerce trends and industry updates.
Ensure high levels of customer's satisfaction through excellent service
Manage customer feedback, inquiries and response to complaint professionally.
