Responsibilities
You will design, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives and outcomes related to BagoSphere's pre-employment program/s. Your effort will contribute to our mission in bringing people to employment.
1. Support Marketing Strategy
Develop compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging for the pre-employment programs.
Plan and execute experiments that will help refine strategy, e.g. A/B testing, interviews/research with the target audience.
2. Manage Brand and Marketing Communications
Develop communications strategy based on company strategy, insight on user behavior, platform trends, and current events. Build the company and product brand names, establish awareness among the target stakeholders, and strengthen the image on identified strategic image measures.
Conceptualise content ideas to meet marketing objectives
Map out digital storyboards as part of a content strategy
Identify content requirements based on evaluation of customers and potential customer preferences
Determine frequency of delivering marketing content to customers
Determine types and styles of content to be delivered to customers
Determine modes and processes for distributing content
Develop guidelines for content strategy execution
Create and execute marketing materials: social media content (ads, posts), press releases, promotions, etc. in accordance with the company's requirements, as well as ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and on a timely basis.
Implement engagement optimization strategies
Provide content calendar
Handle post scheduling and copywriting
Manage the online community
Develop ad campaigns for awareness, engagement, and action
Create demographic and psychographic audience groups based on targets
Submit reports on the performance of the ad campaigns and recommendations for the future
Measure effectiveness of the communications and marketing activities
Define metrics together with the leadership team
Regularly review analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance. Iterate strategy based on analytics
3. Work with a Cross-functional Team
Engage closely with the business development, program, and product leads and provide the necessary marketing input and support to ensure cross-functional alignment
4. Manage Marketing Budget and Operations
Manage the marketing budget in support of marketing for pre-employment programs.
Report on KPIs and measurement benchmarks for marketing communications and social media, understanding efficiency and effectiveness of spend for campaigns and promotions
Winning-factors: Must have qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in digital marketing, brand management, or product marketing
Experience with conceptualizing, developing, and executing creative communications and media planning
Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills in English and Filipino, must be able to both speak and write with passion and clarity
Has graphic design experience
Has managed social media analytics
Has experience in planning and executing A/B testing, focus group discussions, etc.
Experience in managing an online community an advantage
Excited about rolling up sleeves to get things done
