Job Description – Digital Marketing Specialist
 
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team. This person will play a crucial role in helping to keep our digital marketing projects organized, driving home the brand message to our customers through copywriting for digital campaigns and assist with a variety of SEO/web development tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is eager to learn about digital marketing at an agency level and how to manage digital marketing projects, has a strong self-motivating personality and is a dedicated team player. We are offering an attractive comp package depending on experience and skill sets.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work as part of theMarketing Team to plan and execute web, SEO, SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.
Support and assist with email newsletters, content development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Manage advertising programs and invoicing for all third-party advertising sites including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Hulu, Branzooka, and other advertising channels.
Develops email, social media and digital marketing content that is consistent with the brand.
Assists Web Developer in making recommendations and updates to enhance/optimize brand(s) website.
Collaborate on topics for brand(s) blog, manage blog content vendor and post articles on a bi-weekly basis.
Facilitate communication with paid digital media partner to provide/receive updates on existing projects, meeting follow-ups, and more.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Abilities
Hungry and eager to learn. Can take direction and is self-motivated. Enjoys working on and collaborating with a team. We’ll teach the digital skills if you bring the drive and dedication.
Detail-oriented with strong organization and project management skills.
A willingness to constantly learn and grow as team member and a person.
Ability to improvise, adapt quickly and create/implement new processes when needed.
