Zeald has a business located in Davao called Dash10 Managed Services with a growing team of 50+ since 2017.
In this role, you'll be able to apply your knowledge and experience in analysing data to suggest ways to optimise website traffic and conversion rates for our portfolio of customers. You will do this by analysing web pages and digital marketing campaigns, then coming up with key changes to improve performance. Most of all, you'll need to have an instinct for what's needed to boost business for our clients.
To be successful in your application, you'll need the following:
* At least 5 years experience in a marketing position with a focus on data analysis
* At least 3 years experience in project/account management or in an agency type role.
* Outstanding client relationship management skills with the ability to manage client expectations and have effective conversations regarding budget and timelines
* The ability to execute successful digital marketing campaigns through others - by working with your colleagues and third parties and overseeing their work
* Good in-depth knowledge of all digital marketing disciplines
* Excellent understanding of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other digital marketing platform Analytics as well as performance-based marketing
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* To be highly organised and attentive to detail
* An eye for design
* To be a fast learner with the ability to adapt and cope well with continual change and innovation
* To be prepared to commit to the role for the long-term (2 years plus minimum)
Key tasks include:
* Providing in depth analysis of campaigns and data from website metrics
* Be able to provide suggestions and reasons for campaign performance and improvements based from the data analysis
* Be able to identify and provide resolutions on issues with campaigns or set up of campaigns or items such as 'click fraud'
* Building and managing client relationships while delivering significant business value
* Developing, implementing and monitoring strategic digital marketing plans for clients, making refinements and adjustments as necessary
* Implementing traffic generation and optimisation activities for clients
* Planning, implementing, reporting and then explaining results to clients so that they fully understand the value you have delivered
* Provide thorough reports on results and investigations
