About the role & its responsibilities:
Manage the full digital marketing strategy for an explosive new global HR software and services start-up, ZipHR (https://ziphr.co).
We need a talented individual who can handle the full cycle of developing effective marketing strategies, implementing them, and analyzing results - working across various channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, email, and more!
Developing branding and lead generation for our wide suite of products, including Core HR, Timekeeping, Payroll, Performance, Recruitment, Benefits, Expenses, Task Management, and Invoicing. A global strategy for countries across the world, in all industries and of all sizes.

Requirements
Have min 2-3 years of relevant experience
Intuitive mindset to understand our customer's phycology, behaviour and interest
Methodical planner to develop strategies that are high-impact, cost-efficient and massively scalable
Flair for modern, minimalistic design style for our branding and ads
Able to coordinate with our multiple professional marketing consultants, who help us manage our various digital platforms such as our Elementor Website, Google Ads, IG/FB ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Twitter Ads, EDMs, blogs etc.
Quantitative ability to analyze data driven results and use them to constantly improve strategies
Next-gen thinking to continually innovate - keeping up with the rapidly evolving world of digital marketing
