Responsibilities:
Build and lead the digital marketing team
Develop the overall inbound marketing strategy for the company
Plan, design, and implement campaigns on digital advertising and social media
Monitor, analyze and report on website performance and marketing metrics
Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Introduce new and creative growth digital strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Oversee company social media accounts
Design, build and manage online content
Investigate benchmarks from competitors and continuously optimize online marketing strategies
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in a digital marketing or related role
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SEM, SEO, Google Analytics and related tools
Proven track record in effectively executing various digital marketing campaigns
Ability to interpret web metrics and digital analytics, and translate them into working marketing strategies
Good written, oral and visual communication skills
Excellent time-management skills
Flexibility and ability to multi-task
Keen attention to details
Preferably have marketed B2B SaaS products
