The Digital Marketing (DM) Associate is accountable for supporting the Learning & Development Coordinator (L&D).
The DM Associate role includes internal and external promotion of training sessions and
coordination with trainers, training partners and leaders who will enroll their team members to training sessions. He or she will be tasked in the following areas but will not be limited to:
1) Support in executing digital marketing tasks with standards to promote
training sessions
Promoting training sessions via Skype, email on HubSpot and Gmail, social media, form creation based on pre-existing templates with supervision from L&D coordinator and the Head of LEAP
2) Set-up of calendar invitations, Zoom links and events on StraightArrow's
knowledge base. Works with L&D to:
Set up Zoom meetings and breakout rooms
Set up invitations on Google Calendar
Setting up events on StraightArrow's knowledge base (KBMS)
Stream Zoom meetings when needed
Archive and organize recorded sessions on Google Drive
3) Coordination with trainers and leaders. Works with L&D to:
Follow up with leaders on which team members they want to enroll in different sessions
Follow up with Subject Matter Expert (SME) trainers on their preparation meetings and training materials
Liaise with Creative Nation Academy director on external training sessions
College level, majoring in Mass Communication, Development Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Liguistics, or related fields.
Excellent written communication skills
Above average verbal communication skills
Excellent research and data collection skills
Has experience with using tools like Zoom, Facebook and Mailchimp, Google Calendar, Google Forms, Google Drive is preferred
Can work remotely on a dayshift schedule (11AM to 8PM) but is also amenable to work on shifting work schedules
Has his/her own laptop and a stable internet connection
