Duties and responsibilities
Familiarize and work towards being the digital "expert" for Sprout Solutions;
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Coordinate and work collaboratively with the different company departments, agencies, freelancers and other vendor partners;
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Conduct comprehensive marketing researches about competitors performances, customer behaviour, etc.;
Frequency:
-1 digital trend every week to share to weekly report every Monday
-Keep track of competitor's email behavior
-Keep track of competitor's social behavior
-Digital landscape every end of the month * Email marketing: Develop, strategize and create all email campaigns. Track key metrics per campaign objective and categorize content into buckets to create daily PCRs (post-campaign reports);
Frequency:
Email campaigns - at least 4 emails across all email segments per week
Sprout standards for email:
-20.94 % Open rate
-1.32 % Average click-through rate
-6.31 % Average click-to-open rate
-0.30 % Average unsubscribe rate
*Develop a manual for Mailerlite * Website: Develop and manage the organization's website and revamp the website's content. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate and fix any errors or bugs within the site;
Frequency:
-2 blogs per week
-Covid landing page content
-at least 60% and below bounce rate
-at least 50 seconds average session duration * Search engine optimization (SEO): Continually develop strategies to increase the number of visitors to Sprout's website by implementing high-ranking keywords across all pages;

QA on SEO keywords every month
*Develop a manual for SEO pillar * May be assigned to handle new projects from time to time or if the need arises;
Other related digital marketing support, communication, and tasks that may be required from time to time
Requirements
3 to 5 years proven experience as marketing associate/officer or similar role
BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or any related field
Deep understanding of digital marketing elements and market research methods
Familiarity with email marketing concepts, principles, and tactics
Demonstrable experience in website and SEO data analytics and tools
Solid proficiency with marketing technology, software and applications (Mailerlite both drag and drop and coded version)
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
