EdVenture is an online tutorial platform that connects vetted, accredited tutors to students across the Philippines, bringing high-quality, affordable, and personalized tutorials for students.
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Associate with a focus on Campaigns & Digital to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end campaigns, managing online and offline channels, optimizing strategies, and creating compelling content.
Responsibilities:
A. Campaigns & Digital:
Lead end-to-end campaigns, defining objectives, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes.
Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across various channels, such as paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, OOH, email, and video.
Coordinate with brands, partners, and agencies to develop impactful campaigns.
Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy.
Monitor, analyze, and report on web and digital metrics to drive profitable acquisition.
Utilize web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Insights, Viber Community Insights, internal dashboards, and other third-party tools to gain customer insights and leverage them in growth campaigns.
Manage campaign expenses, ensure adherence to budgets, and reconcile discrepancies.
Stay updated on trends, and cultural movements, and conduct competitive analysis to enhance marketing efforts.
B. Content & Creatives:
Produce high-quality written content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and website copy.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Assist in distributing and promoting content across various channels, such as social media platforms and email newsletters.
Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content promotion strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing and Advertising, Mass Communications, Multimedia, Business Management and Administration, Liberal Arts, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on campaign and promo management, content and community management, partnerships/PR.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive effective marketing strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.
Flexible working hours.
Available to start as soon as possible.
