It also entails doing some administrative work as sales support.Your Responsibilities:Digital Campaign Creation
Share qualitative content on different social media channels such as FB, IG, Twitter and similar social media. Do online promotions and emailing campaigns.
Create, send, and answer email campaigns upon approval of Sales Head/Marketing Consultant.
Stakeholder Engagement
Prepares the assignment/queuing schedule for handling the sales related inquiries generated through online, phone and other channels.
Assist in the preparation of Sales Activities like Open Houses, Exhibits, Saturation, Gen Meet and other sales activities
Assist in preparation of Sales Events, conference, Project launch, and Awarding ceremony
Records Management
Provide monthly research on social media activity of the following competitors/projects. Semi-PR expert (negative comments in FB).
Prepare weekly social media Lead and status report.
Create customized Digital Sales presentations and do site tripping (if necessary) to prospective clients and convert into sales.
Customer Centricity
To answer all the inquiries raised in digital platforms (e.g. Facebook, Support Email)
Schedule calls and appointments in office; set reminders and follow-ups
Return to inquiries for leads
What we're looking for:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing or any business related degree
At least 1-2 years experience in Digital Marketing in Social Media websites (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube) (within a Real Estate company is a plus)
Able to create content to be posted on Social Media websites and monitor its progress
Able to answer queries raised in digital platforms
Can create reports on social media activity
Willing to assist in Open Houses, Exhibits, and Sales Activities
