DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT
 
Roles and Responsibilities
Builds and maintains a favorable public image of the company and its brand(s) through message development, social media content creation, media outreach and the standard use of company logos and trademarks.
Manages and orchestrates internal and external communications aimed at creating favorable point of view among stakeholders
Manages company social media accounts
Helps develop and updates company profiles and brochures
Leads, plans and coordinates with other concerned Departments on all External Company Events and Sponsorships
Publicizes and disseminates Press Releases and other PR materials about the company to partners and stakeholders
Helps develop, implements and executes marketing campaigns such as print media, web, social media, broadcast, and others
Helps develop marketing and promotional materials and manages the use thereof
Helps develop, recommend and monitor successful implementation of timely Sales Promotions, Partner and/Customer incentives programs, and the like
Taps and engages expertise of a third-party Ad or Marketing agency when necessary.
Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of BS in Marketing, Advertising, or any marketing/advertising related course
With at least 1-year work experience as Digital Marketing Assistant
Required Skill(s): Excellent communication (both oral and written), strategic and analytical, interpersonal, time-management and organization skills
Must be detail-oriented, creative, resourceful, and hard-working
Must be competent in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
Must be willing to occasionally travel and work extended hours for promotional events and activities
Willing to work at BGC, Taguig City
Can start ASAP
