This is a marketing role which incorporates a wide variety of digital marketing activities but also has a technical component to it. You'll need to have broad experience in Google Ads, email marketing, lead generation, and social media marketing. This role involves a lot of online research, setting up and overseeing multiple digital campaigns, and assisting the internal marketing teams with day to day activities. Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, email marketing platforms, and copywriting is desired. You will also learn a lot on the job through a collaborative crew that specializes in all things SEO, paid ads, social media, and website creation.
You should be passionately engaged with the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape, and have a finger on the changes that can help drive business success. This role is an opportunity for the right candidate to take on an exciting position in a fantastic workplace.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with the Digital Marketing and various teams in the implementation and execution of various digital strategy and marketing plans for marketing.
Research, recommend, execute, and oversee end-to-end marketing strategies in collaboration with managers and stakeholders, designed to achieve specific sales and marketing objectives.
Actively research what our competitors are doing and share this information before creating new campaigns.
Provide in-depth reporting, analysis, and recommendations on completed and actively running campaigns. Create and deliver weekly and monthly status reports.
Lead project management for assigned initiatives, mostly but not limited to website creation, email marketing, social media, SEO, paid marketing, and blogging.
Conceptualize, schedule, manage, and visually plan social media content across a variety of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google, and other online forums and communities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
