About the Role
Working in the Marketing Team alongside a Digital Marketing Assistant and graphic designers you are responsible for executing the marketing strategy by putting the business in a better branding position with the Philippines audience through effective digital marketing strategies to help drive the employer brand so we can attract candidates for our job opportuntiies.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Conceptualisation and execution of online projects
Scheduling social media posts and ensuring that content is uploaded on time.
Sourcing of speakers for Facebook & other social media events.
Responding to inquiries on various online platforms such as social media pages and websites.
Performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of digital marketing activities.
Conducting market research and analysing marketing surveys.
Using online marketing analytics to collect data from websites and social media pages.
Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events
Composing and posting online content for the company's social media page and website including writing for mailers, blogs, newsletters
Experience writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases is preferred but not required
Building strong relationships with customers.
About You
You should be able to think creatively since it will help our target audience in new ways and help the digital marketing team create a more engaging digital experience and a data-driven marketing strategy.
You're always on the lookout for new marketing trends so you can help with the creation of traffic-generating strategies and content for the website and social media.
You should be able to confidently communicate your thoughts and put them into action.
Position Prerequisites
At least a year of experience in a digital marketing assistant or similar role; preferably in FMCG, eCommerce, agency or brands
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and databases.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
Knowledge of Facebook Creator Studio and Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and online analytics.
Strong time management, ability to work to set time frames, organised and punctual to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to quality assure your work to ensure it meets the brief before handing it off to team/client.
Excellent communication skills, able to ask questions and clarify understanding when required
