DIGITAL MARKETIING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HEAD
The Business Development Head defines and develops new business opportunities for Cebu Puericulture Center and Maternity House, Inc. He/she should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
The goal for this job position is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, brand development and forging strong relationships with clients and expanding our market reach.
His / her duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identify partnership opportunities focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
Develop marketing strategies in an effort to grow business of the hospital through advertisements, social media exposures and market reach to potential customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
Think critically when planning to assure project success.
Build and maintain client relationship.
Improve our Braining as a Maternity hospital in order to make people recognize and want to buy our healthcare products and services.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and develop strategic plans to expand the hospital's client base.
Engage with sectors and customers to anticipate potential business opportunities and implement actions that will position the hospital with differentiated advantage.
Maintain continuous quality improvement of the hospital and make strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Ensures effective management of customer satisfaction through data analysis on surveys and establish a common approach to retention and growth.

Executing Campaigns on Social Networks
Submit data reports to the management and DOH as required regarding Continuous Quality Improvement of the hospital and recommends action plan for sustainability.
Others:
a. Provide a monthly report to Management Committee (MANCOM) regarding customer satisfaction undertaken, surveys and feedback.
b. Provides quarterly updates on sales and revenues data to the Executive Committee (EXECOM).
c. Recommends marketing strategies to management to improve hospital's business opportunities.
d. Performs other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary as instructed by his / her superior.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or healthcare related field.
With at least 3 years' experience as Business Development Manager.
With strong background in Digital Marketing or Social Media management.
Experience in Sales and Marketing is a Plus.
With strong foundation on the following skills::

Knowledge in administrative tasks.
With ability to multitask, prioritize and management.
