Position Overview: Oversee the development of online e-learning programs or computer-based virtual courses. Selects or produces media to use during training to prepare a course website. Provides technical expertise to assist professional work groups in the area of developing new e-learning courses and revising e-learning courses. Create, update and manage online training programs and other pieces of content that help instruct employees in how to perform their jobs. Utilize LMS reporting capabilities and developing custom reports to assist with planning and managing the company's training and development initiatives. E-learning Design Creates/Revises e-learning modules Maintains e-learning content Works with project team to design and develop e-learning modules Develops storyboards and scripts for e-learning and virtual live training Manipulate and edit digital imagery, video and incorporate graphics, and effects Create images and animations that identify a concept or convey a message utilizing Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe InDesign Develop graphics for online training Qualifications: Bachelor's degree holder with experience with a Learning Management System as a developer or administrator. Experience with audio and video editing software preferred. Ability to relate well to a wide range of personalities. Has a good team spirit and positive attitude. Enjoys a varied pace of working and copes well under pressure.
