Job Overview:
This role is for a Senior Manager responsible for leading and driving the Digital Engineering Technology competency within the Consulting Service Line. As a key leader in the organization, this position will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the competency to achieve growth and success in digital transformation initiatives.Responsibilities:1) Team Management

2) Technical and Process Skills
13+ years of deep process and technical experience with strong knowledge of digital transformation, cloud technologies, IoT, AI, and other emerging technologies.
Proven leadership in the Financial Services sector with experience managing large-scale teams across multiple geographical locations.
Expertise in Digital and Emerging Technologies, including:
Programming & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Apache Flink/Cloud Flow, Apache Kafka, Hibernate
Databases: DynamoDB, Cassandra, MySQL, MongoDB
Public Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
Architecture & Design: Microservices, API Gateways, Event-driven, Streaming, API design
Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
Web Server: Tomcat
Build & Packaging Tools: Maven, Gradle
Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
Strong understanding of tools and processes:
SDLC Methodologies: Agile and Waterfall
Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, Prevent, SonarQube, JUnit, Mockito, CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, AquaSec, Mend

Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 13+ years of experience.
