Description
- Performs day-to-day operations of the company's web-based online shopping site, including sorting, prioritizing and ensuring all orders are done in real time.
- Connects and communicates with customers on online order concerns namely but not limited to: product details and description, returns/exchanges, refunds, tracking their parcel, confirming orders etc.
- Attends to social media account of the company, answering all customer and page followers' comments and purchase inquiries.
