The Digital Commerce Specialist - PH store management will join the other Digital Commerce specailists - Digital shelf & Econtent, and Store operations, and work very closely with the Nestle Digital Transformation team (DX)
The Digital Commerce Specialist - PH store management will play a crucial role in ensuring success of PH Market's transition to direct servicing model for Specific Ecommerce Stores (SHP Mart, LazMarts, etc.) He/ she will be responsible for ensuring success on the front end of the store, while maintaining excellent partnership and operations from Nestle to the end consumers
He /She will be responsible for the flawless execution of market activities and promotions on eretailer platforms. He/she will work closely with the customer manager and ecommerce partner teams to ensure that operations are running smoothly to ensure best sellout and customer experience for end users. He/she will take ownership in driving completeness and availability of listings on platform, alongside monitoring ontime payment from account and proper customer service levels. He/she will also be improving current systems and process to ensure efficient ways of working and reduced bottlenecks and downtime in all current market ecommerce operations, as such reporting to MAO to drive collaboration is a vital need.

University Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields
2-4 years of experience in the eCommerce and/or digital marketing field
2-4 years of experience in publishing product related contentKey Software KnowledgeVery good knowledge in Digital Shelf or any eRetailer Monitoring toolsSAP Product Master Data solutionHas intermediate/advance skill in Microsoft Excel (including formula) and understanding of Power BI solutionKey Skills
Ability to quickly understand eRetailers challenges and specificities
Ability to follow Nestlé and Brand Guidelines to ensure product content quality in eRetailers
Understanding of product eContent - marketing/digital assets, nutritional information, product description page
