WHAT IS A DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER Our awesome client, a leading digital marketing agency is looking for a Digital Account Manager to be part of their marketing team. The primary focus of the Digital Marketing Manager is to drive growth for lead generation across online channels/platforms. This is a hands-on role, responsible for the execution and management of the digital campaigns across channels and businesses. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Online Campaigns Plan and manage regular integrated digital campaigns Develop, implement and measure lead nurturing campaigns Develop, implement and measure social selling campaigns including via LinkedIn Provide recommendations for new technology and strategies to improve campaign results Social Media Management Overseeing the social media strategy across all businesses Provide recommendations for content, messaging, and engagement strategies on social media channels Create and publish social media campaigns that deliver the brand objectives for corporate and other channels Analytics and Reporting Utilise web analytics to gain insight into user behaviors and use these to provide suggestions to increase online lead generation Provide regular reporting on traffic and the progress of traffic acquisition projects to the management team WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR PERSONAL SKILLS & QUALITIES Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong business acumen Strong time management with a sense of urgency High-energy, team orientated Excellent management / organizational skills Precise, accurate, and attention to detail a must Ability to work unsupervised as an individual contributor Must demonstrate initiative and a 'can do' attitude - solutions-oriented and results-focused QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role - essential Must have an entrepreneurial mindset - accountable for recommendations and decisions Proven Lead Generation experience - essential Ability to configure, monitor, report, and optimize campaigns - essential Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role Extensive experience in Business-to-Business corporate branding is essential Extensive experience in campaign management across Paid and Owned Channels - SEM, SEO, Outreach, Social, EDMs - essential Extensive experience analyzing analytics (from websites, campaigns, etc.) is required - essential Basic image editing capabilities for social media posts Degree qualified, preferably Business or Marketing related, from a reputable College or University - essential Platform Experience Preferred: Adwords, GDN, Display, and Paid Marketing Platforms - essential Google Analytics, Tag Management MailChimp or similar Email marketing
