Job Description:
Core Professional / Technical Competencies Required
Solid technical skills and knowledge in:
Configuration Management, (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Rundeck, etc.)
CI/CD, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, (e.g. Jenkins, AWS CodeCommit, AWS CodeDeploy, etc)
Version Control, (e.g. SVN, Bitbucket, etc.)
Code review tools such as (Crucible, Bitbucket, Phabricator, etc.)
Web Servers (IBM HTTP Server, Apache, Nginx, Tomcat) and SharePoint
App Servers (WAS, Tomcat, etc)
Wiki Tools (Sharepoint, Confluence, etc)
File Transfer and Security (FTP, SFTP, etc.)
Jira configuration
Fastlane
Monitoring (Nagios, Splunk)
Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience in developing Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery pipelines (CI/ CD)
Proven expertise with scripting and hands-on programming with at least one other higher-level language, (e.g. Java, Ruby, Python, Perl, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience with Configuration Management concepts, build framework design and architecture
Knowledge
Experience with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps and Waterfall
Fully updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevSecOps community
Deep hands-on knowledge of DevSecOps specific tools, best practices, and challenges
