Acquire BPO is currently looking for DevOps Engineer to support us, RingCentral:
Perform first level support in the production environments
Create a root cause analysis for failed jobs
Enforce version and quality control for deployment processes
Deploy of builds to the SIT, UAT and production environments
Day to day monitoring of scheduled jobs in UAT and production environments
Resolution of environment and production issues within the Talend, Boomi, UiPath and Control-M Integration/Orchestration platforms
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Configure and maintain stable and efficient development and production environments for Talend, Boom, UiPath and Control-M including patches and upgrades to optimize service delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes.
Manage and support MySQL databases for Talend and Boomi jobs.
Manage and support Git Source Control repositories.
Backup and restore MySQL, Git and other Talend and Boomi related data and applications.
Responsible for testing builds and enforcing practices for builds before production.
Set hand-off meetings to review business and customer impact of deployment artifacts.
Provide day to day support and resolution of environment and batch/ETL/container job issues.
Create and automate support processes to eliminate repetitive tasks and prevent incident occurrence.
Design and build CI/CD pipelines and procedures for Talend, Boomi, UiPath and Control-M platforms.
Build and automate the deployment of infrastructure, services, and applications in all environments.
Create and maintain operational runbooks and support documentations.
Assist new client or users to install and setup Talend, Boomi, UiPath and related tools on their workstations
Perform other similar and related duties as required.
Desired Qualifications:
BS IS / IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience
Passion and enthusiasm for DevOps
At least 5 years of production applications and systems support experience as DevOps Engineer
At least 3 years of experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Linux
At least 2 years of experience in modern CI such as Jenkins or similar tools
At least 1 year of experience in Infrastructure-as-a-code like Terraform and CloudFormation
At least 1 year of experience in MySQL DB administration
Experience in container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes/AWS EKS
Experience with operational tools like AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, and LogicMonitor
Experience with managing builds and source control versioning such as GIT/GitHub/GitLab
Experience with day-to-day support and resolution of environment or application issues
Experience documenting processes, systems, environments and runbook procedures
Scripting experience with Shell, Python or Ruby
AWS SysOps or Solutions Architect certification is a plus
Experience in Talend, Boomi or UiPath administration and deployment is a plus
Experience in data and systems integration to Salesforce is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate to all levels in the organizations. Communicate concisely, clearly, and intelligently to partners from a variety of backgrounds, including those who are non-technical
Strong technical troubleshooting skills, and willingness to learn new technology
