Job details:
1. Candidate must have the ability to continuously develop and integrate new systems and operations into the code
2. Must have flexible working skills and adapt to the changing code
3. Must be comfortable moving from one area of software construction to another, be it integration, testing, releasing or deployment
4. Must have the skills to manage and secure code to protect applications from unwanted attacks, in addition to ensuring systems have defense mechanisms in place against common cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
5. Must have the ability to work in a team, with collaboration providing more cross-functionality within the DevOps process
6. Must have high-quality skills in scripting code, JavaScript, Python, Java to name a few
7. Must have cloud and infrastructure experience to help design and deploy applications effectively using the best of the best platforms and tools
8. Must have the ability to define and construct security layer implied on top of the development before releasing it to production.
9. Must have experience in defining and establishing quality gates within devops process
10. Requires the technical skills to manage and operate deployed applications/tools used in each phase of the process e.g. Code management, CI/CD, Unit Testing, Releasing, and Monitoring.
11. Must know how to plan/build a return response procedure to manage issue and concerns encountered in each phase on the devops process
