The Role
As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the overall pre-implementation requirement of a business deal of the products under the purview of the Cash Management Division, which can be positioned as business solutions for wholesale accounts.
How you'll contribute
Prepare an in-depth analysis of clients' ERP systems, collection and disbursement procedures and based on this analysis must develop, maintain and customize data conversion modules to allow integration of customer ERP systems with DigiBanker.
Attend technical meetings with clients together with the Product or Sales Manager to conduct client interviews in order to understand the specific business requirements of the client.
Provide regular updates to the sales and product management team on the status of client/deal implementation through proper monitoring to improve efficiency and delivery of cash management solutions.
Coordinate with technology providers and other suppliers for matters pertaining to customer integration or product implementation using existing Bank information to deliver client requirements and needs.
Manage project implementation with a proper endorsement to implementation managers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of agreed business requirements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Computer Science, or Information Technology
Must have a background in any programming language and the banking industry is an advantage
Must be customer-centric, fast learner, and can do multi-tasking
Must have good written and oral communication skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
