JOB DESCRIPTION
Day-to-day Functional Duties/Activities (may include but not limited to):
Recruit members according to ASHI guidelines;
Motivate and form groups;
Motivate families of members;
Conduct loan utilization checks (LUC) and evaluate capacity to pay;
Promote desired member discipline as regards keeping good credit standing;
Keep member’s records meticulously;
Motivate members collectively in good performance by facilitating center meeting according to ASHI policy and format;
Implement ASHI Social Programs;
Conduct SDP’s regularly;
Submit regular reports on center and individual performance during weekly branch meeting;
Maintain healthy portfolio;
Submit accurate data and prepare center wise plan according to set schedules;
Gain confidence of members letting them feel that ASHI is concerned, caring, and accepting;
Maintains partnerships and linkages started by the Branch Manager in the community,and
Provides support for additional assignments as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Desired Qualifications: At least 2 years college graduate; A previous work experience; Good moral character; Has affinity with and compassion for the poor; Positive attitude; Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines; Ability to work effectively with people from a variety of culturally diverse background.
