We are hiring a demand generation and enrichment marketing associate to support the marketing and sales processes across various marketing technology systems, supporting the marketing team's overall operations. You will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in demand generation and database management and analysis.
Your role will be focused on curating the details needed across various lists, updating behavioral, demographic, firmographic, and intent data from multiple sources to deliver the complete, crystal-clear view that every marketing and sales team needs. In addition, you will be responsible for enabling brand awareness through outbound marketing tactics, email, and a seamless handoff to sales.
Responsibilities:
Data Research & Development
Lead enrichment and discovery; research and enrich lead lists from both our existing database, and newly acquired lists
Database maintenance- cleanse account and contact details
Conduct market research to develop warm leads
Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database; ie lead enrichment, list enrichment, tagging scoring, and segmenting the database
Create and maintain metrics reports on activities that detail their effectiveness and business impact.
Contact and account discovery: identify new prospects and leads for our sales and marketing activities
Research base enrichment and personalization: outreach activities for intel
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Use product marketing materials to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
Report on weekly goals and objectives to team leaders
Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products, messaging, and service offerings
Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion.
Create/design highly targeted and relevant content to use in outbound communication
Lead Generation
Deploy Lead Development Sequences: an integrated approach ensures that our target contacts are successfully engaged. Email campaigns drive engagement to client digital collateral and online offers.
Delivery of In-Market Bottom of Funnel Leads: During our multi-touch outreach campaigns, prospects that show a strong indication of being in-market are passed to BDE team. BDE team will only ever receive leads who have shown a strong positive disposition. This includes leads that have requested information, expressed an immediate or future interest, those who are ready to schedule a meeting now, or have requested an online demo.
Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
3-5 Years marketing experience
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
Proficiency in marketing systems (e.g. HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce) a bonus
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Technically capable but with excellent communications skills, along with the desire to improve processes.
