Position Purpose:
Process controller for the monthly Demand & Supply Planning cycle, responsible for establishing clear guidelines and ensuring guidelines are followed by all relevant parties. This position will be the counterpart for Sales and Marketing team to address all supply chain related issues. This position will take the lead in aligning overall supply chain process with Supply Logistics, Article Master, Product Compliance, as well as Logistics and Warehousing teams.
Description of Duties:
Support the overall business by providing clear visibility on business risk and opportunity during monthly business planning cycle
Lead all monthly forecast meetings
Conduct historical sales analysis and data cleansing to build statistical baseline forecast
Manage and co-ordinate with multi-functional teams to develop consensus forecast, incorporating sales and marketing promotion and new launch activities
Ensure that forecast and financial plan are aligned
Manage supply planning parameters
Drive team to achieve supply chain KPI such as service rate, inventory days, SLOB, and forecast accuracy
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills:
Degree holder in business, statistics, supply-chain or relevant discipline
Min 8 years of good track record in demand and supply planning and with 3 years supervisory level experience
Ability to communicate at different levels with strong interpersonal skills
Highly analytical mind with good business sense
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Strong leadership and coaching skill
Experience with SAP and statistical forecasting tool
