The Deal Desk team works across business units (BUs) and has leading-edge knowledge and competency in each area of the deal lifecycle. It is composed of highly skilled individuals who disseminate knowledge via deal support, strategy, and approvals to the Sales Team. This Deal Desk Analyst will support their assigned sales teams with deal-related pricing guidance and quoting approvals. This role will be focused on ensuring sales quotes are in compliance with Tanium deal guidelines and bookings policy. . Consistency and governance are key features of an effective Deal Desk Analyst. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Support the self-service sales team by reviewing quotes for accuracy and approving based on checklist criteria Meet and exceed SLA's for approval timelines Provide Sales with a general level of helpdesk support regarding all commercial deals Assist Sales with correcting quote mistakes and pricing adjustments Work with onshore Deal Desk team to improve the quoting process Minimum qualifications Worked with salesforce CPQ/quoting Great English skills ....Overtime should only be worked with prior approval from Tanium
