Job Description
MCi is a software company providing a solution to our clients called 'Track'. Track is a system that integrates
with our clients ERP systems and gate access systems (or proof of presence systems) to automate invoicing for
our clients' suppliers, provide greater transparency for both our clients and our clients' suppliers, and provide
real-time insights and analytics.
MCi offers Track as a managed solution, whereby MCi manages the day-to-day administration of Track. This
includes:
Managing the daily business process within Track to confirm settlement of charges in clients' ERP
(e.g. SAP). Settlement consists of allocating contractors' times to cost objects (e.g. Purchase
Orders and Work Orders)
Managing user accounts and profiles within Track
Assigning schedules and pay formulas within Track for proper calculations of net billable hours
Monitoring labor, equipment and material rates to ensure up-to-date contractual compliance
Utilizing Track reporting and data insights to audit user role compliance for process timeliness,
due date compliance, and error corrections
Providing training to key Track users within our clients and their suppliers
Providing support for issues that hinder operation of the daily settlement process

Working hours:
8am to 5pm Manila Time Monday to Friday

Salary package:
20k-30k depending on experience
