Position Responsibilities
Own & execute engagement operations processes as assigned, including (but not limited to) Engagement reports maintenance, data management, data analysis, and other processes related to measuring client Engagement success. Proactively document standard operating procedures and make recommendations to fix root cause, eliminate friction, and improve processes.
Create and manage data report dashboard to ensure that client Engagement information are timely and correct.
Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports for the client Engagement team in Salesforce.com, Excel, Cognos, and QlikView/QlikSense.
Maintain positive work relationships with user community and process participants, ensure compliance with cross-functional team responsibilities.
Collaborate directly with the Customer Success operations team, the Customer Success team and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver reporting and analysis that meets business objectives
Take complex data and turn that into simple stories that drive business decisions
Help evolve our analytics structure, developing data driven insights on a monthly and quarterly basis
Qualifications
Must-have skills/ experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related function
Report and dashboard creation experience using Salesforce preferred
Intermediate to advance skill level in Excel preferred
Experience in Qlik or other BI Tools
Ability to interpret data to tangible information
Very good communication skills
Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills, know when to act quickly Demonstrates highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills
Demonstrates a sense of urgency to attain and exceed desired results
Operates in a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals across multiple functions
Ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticality
Ability to articulate needs for process improvements
Analytical skills (pay strong attention to detail and spot trends)
Able to work in the night shift (between 8pm to 9am)
Nice to Have:
Degree in Data Science
Experience working in IT/ software company
Knowledge in using tools like Salesforce and Gainsight
Experience working on new projects related to customer success
Proficient in writing SQL queries
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets or Smartsheet
You are organized and able to work on both long-term projects and requests requiring a quick turnaround
You are capable of turning large sets of data into actionable insights
