Job Data Entry Specialist
Specific Responsibilities
Responsible for completing cases related to merchant's account changes (DBA, Address, Bank Account, and other set-up of the merchant's account) on Netsuite and other tools used within the campaign.
Responsible of verifying all the merchant's information are correct and updated
Responsible of changing details depending on the request showing on the cases made by the agents.
Responsible of making sure that all tools are updated and synchronize with the merchant account information agreement.
Responsible for investigating if the case request for changes is correct.
Responsible of checking the cases if there is any missing information or additional requirements needed.
Requirements
Profile
Candidate must possess at least a High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, Graduate of Vocational Course
Preferably, with at least 2 years BPO experience
Should be willing to work in varying shifts
