About the Company
Our client is a company that supplies well-known brands for equivalent filters and original equipment filters for all plant vehicle manufacturer makes and models. They provide a large range of products for filters and aim to be the top name in their industry. To stay number one in their game, they have launched their web-based filter finder system to improve their ordering process and serve their clients better.
About the Role
As a Data Content Analyst, you will be working with their Marketing Team. You will be responsible for operating the back end of their website to ensure that the company's website comes up on top of Google Search.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Working through a list of data and checking offline sales, inputting the data, and researching for information gaps.
Working with the CMS (content management system) and ensuring that the metadata is correct.
Picking up errors in product descriptions and rewriting, being proactive in suggesting solutions.
Working on the sheet provided and analysing the content of the website and sourcing missing information.
Overall content management and data analysis.
Checking images and product codes descriptions, image titles, and making sure that all information is correct.
List all items accurately, comprehensively, with no typos or spelling errors.
Updating existing online products with new features or supplemental information.
Thoroughly examine each item to determine the correct condition and other pertinent information needed for listings.
Following safety policies and procedures ensuring maximum safety, security, and protection of all customers and company assets.
Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Working cooperatively with all consumers, and co-workers to promote the achievement of the company mission.
About You
You must be someone knowledgeable analyse content data to both inform strategy and make continuous improvements. Aside from having a technical background in content management, you should have a broad mindset when it comes to working in an international setting. You should be proactive and able to work on your own and suggest solutions as a key member to effectively promote the company's brand.
Position Prerequisites
2 to 3 years of experience working on the back end of websites and CMS.
Practical automotive experience is an advantage but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products required.
Knowledge in Google Analytics and data analysis.
Knowledge of Ecommerce sales is highly preferred.
At least intermediate skill in MS Excel.
Strong writing skills with a focus on promotional marketing and persuasive sales language.
Excellent online research skills.
Content writing experience is preferred.
Must be organised and detail-oriented.
