Rate: 5/hr, and earn 50,000 PHP +/month
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm PST with 30-min unpaid lunch with two paid 15 min breaks

We're looking for a Data Analyst with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into decisions. This role is designed for someone who can go beyond campaign execution - someone who thrives on digging into pipeline performance, identifying friction points, and translating insights into strategic actions. Your work will directly influence how we grow revenue and optimize the buyer journey.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a data-focused marketing role
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, basic modeling)
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, or Google Analytics
Understanding of key marketing metrics (MQL to SQL, CAC, ROI, etc.)
Clear communication skills and ability to share insights with team members
Self-starter mindset, comfortable working with minimal supervision
Interest in learning AI tools and data analysis techniques
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze marketing and sales funnel performance to identify trends and opportunities
Build and maintain basic performance reports and dashboards (e.g., in Google Sheets or HubSpot)
Support campaign planning with simple data pulls and summary insights
Assist with A/B testing and report on basic outcomes
Contribute to lead flow tracking and help maintain attribution records
