Responsibilities/Job description
The companys Revenue Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales & marketing organization, partnering closely with teams across the company to drive initiatives.. We're known for our product expertise, rigorous thinking, and user-first approach to problem solving. Within the company, Sales and Marketing proudly serves as a critical source of user feedback and market intelligence, with direct influence on the companys product roadmap and growth strategy.
The vision for the Analytics and Insights function is to scale and accelerate Revenue through Data, Insights and Intelligent Actions transparently, across the globe. We are looking to hire a Data Analyst who can help us triage data requests, automate reporting, and create dashboards that are intuitive and delightful.
Triage, prioritize, and answer questions from the company Sales and Marketing team in Slack and Jira
Automate reporting and visualization of Sales & Marketing metrics in Tableau
Provide operational support for Analytics & Insights initiatives
Ensure quality of data and accuracy of downstream reporting through precise attention to detail
Create analyses that tell a story focused on insights, not just data
Create enablement materials
Non- negotiable skills/ Capabilities requirements (minimum of 4 is preferred)
Must Haves
4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with a focus on analyzing large data sets to solve problems and building user-friendly dashboards
Experience wrangling imperfect data and writing efficient SQL
Intermediate to expert knowledge in creative data visualization in Tableau
Experience creating dashboard documentation for end users
Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely with stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment
Other skills
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with marketing, sales or customer datasets
Experience creating dashboard/analytics enablement material (e.g. presentation slides)
