A purpose and pursue goals, dismantle the basic analysis system, and clarify the analysis dimensions;
Through the daily monitoring of indicators, analyze user behavior and user characteristics, find business pain points, discover business pain points, discover potential risks, and guide new optimization points and growth points;
Based on massive data, build data evaluation system to complete the operation strategies;
Based on competitive product benchmarking, clarify competition skills, output product, operation and other strategic suggestions.
Bachelor degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology related with work experience in data process;
Ability to big data, data analysis, SQL and other related data extraction tools are preferred;
Good data sensitivity, able to extract core results from massive data; good experience in data analysis, mining, filtering and modeling;
Proficiency in writing data analysis reports independently, and timely discovering and analyzing hidden changes and problems.
Have good stress resistance, communication skills and team spirit, and be able to collaborate on cross-departmental projects
