Responsibilities
Data entry of supplier invoices for miscellaneous importation or a nominated client base in
an efficient manner and according to Brokerage and customer KPI's
To operate within the parameters set as required performance standards
Assist immediate supervisor, manager, team leader and/or Brokers to monitor workload and coordinating flexible hours within the workgroup
Before/After regular hours and weekend attendance, as required
Document tie up / numerical link
Requesting documentation from relevant parties, as required
Update notes in system as regularly as necessary to ensure everyone is aware of any specific situation or problem on the consignment in question
Inform Customs Manager of all happenings which may have an impact on the quality of service provided
Inform Customs Manager when workload cannot be achieved within a reasonable timeframe
Monitoring of incoming emails
Develop effective relationship with internal client base
Provide Assistance to team as required
Fulfill other duties as required

Qualifications
Basic Customer Service Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Good planning skills and high focus on task execution
Excellent keyboard skills including numerical input
High attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work as part of a team
Ensure knowledge is shared amongst the team
Ability to question data supplied - query or investigate data that maybe inaccurate
Graduate of any related course.
Working experience in customs and/ or freight forwarding environment is an advantage
Experience in Microsoft Office
