We are seeking a versatile Customer Support to join our team.
As a Customer Support, your duties will be to build, maintain and manage Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that turn data into knowledge. You should have outstanding experience in business analysis and data.
You should also design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions. For this role, you should have an analytical mind and be an excellent communicator. You will help us in making better business decisions.

Mid-Level experience
Provide business support for clients and Director
Basic project management skills
Advanced data reporting skills
Familiar with BI Tools eg Google data studio or AWS Quicksights
Support ticketing experience
Customer management experience
Experience in Google an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
Proven 2 years of work experience as a BI Support, Data Scientist or a similar position in the IT and Development Industry.
Strong knowledge of BI technologies example ( Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, Google Data Studio).
Strong working experience in data warehouse design example dimensional modeling and data mining.
Excellent understanding and knowledge AWS Quicksights.
