CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
General Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Full Time 45 hours per week
Salary 40,000 per month

Daily Responsibilities:
You will provide exceptional customer service by interacting with our clients via email, phone, and chat to resolve their inquiries.
Act as the primary product and support specialist - you'll know the product better than anybody and serve as the voice of the customer.
Your goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, focusing on customer delight, by responding to clients promptly and continually refining and improving customer service techniques.
Assist in customer retention efforts.
You will collaborate directly with coworkers and supervisors daily.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Honest, dependable, strong work ethic
Must be "tech-savvy," proactive
Able to work effectively with little or no supervision
Experience in a customer service/support role
Familiarity with a CRM is a bonus; Phixer uses HubSpot
